One hour session $160, payable on the day of the consultation.

Medicare rebate $85.20 (with GP Mental Health Care Plan).

A Mental Health Plan covers up to ten sessions.

Bulk-billing is available to people receiving Centrelink income support payments, or on low incomes, at my discretion.

My fee will increase to $185/ hour on July 1, 2025

Your credit card details will be requested prior to the first session. Your card may be charged cancellation fees as indicated below. Your credit card details will be stored digitally in a secure health management system, Halaxy.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the full fee will be charged.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged.

Non-attendance will incur a full-fee charge.

For clients being bulk-billed, more than two cancellations of less than 48 hours notice/ two non-attendances, may result in the termination of the service.

Forty-eight hours’ notice applies to business days. For example, a 9am Monday appointment needs to be cancelled on the previous Thursday at 9am, or before, to avoid a cancellation fee.

My cancellation fees are necessary due to the large amount of clients not showing up to their appointments or cancelling on the day. These fee are charges for missed business opportunity.
